Carmelo Anthony won a Gold medal at the Beijing Olympics
in 2008 and a Bronze medal at the Athens Olympics in 2004. He won
a bronze medal in the 2006 FIBA World Championship. In 2003 Carmelo won the NCAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player.
In college he was named Big East freshman of the year. He was also
named to the All Big East first team in 2003. In 2005 Anthony won
Rookie Challenge MVP. He was name USA Basketball Male Athlete of
the Year in 2006.
